To make a return:
- New Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
- items sold as Used are not returnable unless specified otherwise at time of purchase.
- Any Hygiene Items cannot be returned.
- Opened Lego sets cannot be returned
- Any Heavy items delivered or sold locally or shipped, are not returnable. These items will be marked as such on the product description page.
To return a product, send us and email along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your email. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of 10 on items over 100$
